Eldiario.es dio a conocer que una testigo acusa a Iker Muniain de asistir a una supuesta fiesta con la compañia de menores de edad. La testigo protegida del caso contra el empresario porno Torbe, que está tras las rejas por agresión sexual, pornografía infantil, relativos a la prostitución, extorsión, entre otros, ha implicado esta vez al portero David de Gea del Manchester United y al delantero Iker Muniain del Atletic Bilbao. 

La testiga llamada «TP3» dijo que estos dos jugadores habían estado en un episodio de abuso sexual en el año 2012 en un hotel de cinco estrellas de Madrid, además dice que la cita la había planeado De Gea con el mismo Torbe. La testigo le pidió a De Gea por medio de WhatsApp que le dijera quien era el otro jugador que había estado en la habitación junto a el y Muniain, las conversación la reveló el diario «El Confidencial».
