El colombiano Carlos Darwin Quintero sufre de una tromboflebitis en su pierna derecha y ha sido determinado como baja pero por tiempo indefinido.

Lamentable noticia para el fútbol colombiano y para el club América de México. El que en algún momento fuera internacional con la selección cafetera sufre de una enfermedad que es de sumo cuidado, pues la tromboflebitis concretamente es una inflamación de una vena que va acompañada de la formación de un trombo sanguíneo en su interior.

El equipo méxicano anunció, a través de un comunicado, que el jugador fue tratado por un grupo de médicos de distintas especialidades con quienes se determinó un tratamiento en forma integral. Se informó también, que se están realizando estudios complementarios para descartar cualquier posibilidad de complicación por lo que deberá estar sin actividad físico deportiva por un buen tiempo.

Oficialmente, el club de las Águilas no ha comunicado cuanto tiempo estará fuera de las canchas, y esta enfermedad, se cruza con el mejor momento de su carrera desde que está en América, pues desde su llegada no ha cumplido con las expectativas, por lo que Quintero, también se pronunció por medio de sus redes sociales lamentando lo acontecido.

Darwin Quintero tan solo ha anotado 15 goles en los 63 partidos que ha jugado vistiendo la camiseta del club América que está moviendo sus fichas para poder fichar a otro delantero, pero tiene que hacerlo rápidamente ya que el mercado en México se cierra el próximo lunes.
