SANTA FE RECIBIRÁ AL DIM EL PROXIMO DOMINGO 29 EN EL JUEGO DE VUELTA

«Poderosos» y «cardenales» igualaron 0-0 en el primer partido de la Superliga que se jugó en el estadio Atanasio Girardot, con este resultado el equipo que dirige Gustavo Costas llegará el encuentro de vuelta con la ventaja obtenida en Medellín y cerrando en casa.

Independiente Medellín arrancó el juego con toda la iniciativa, a los 9 minutos generó la primera opción de gol con un remate de Hernán Hechalar que atajó Castellanos y que luego remató Juan Fernando Caicedo pero en la línea de gol salvó Moya.

A pesar del buen juego colectivo entre Juan Fernando Quintero y Christian Marrugo, no lograron llegar al arco visitante con contundencia. El partido empezó a cortarse con faltas en el medio campo, algo que aprovechó Santa Fe para acercarse al área de David González. El primer tiempo finalizó con una opción que dilapidó Anderson Plata enviando la pelota por encima del larguero tras un buen centre del «Trencito» Valencia.

Para el segundo tiempo continuó el dominio por parte del cuadro de casa, Juan Fernando Quintero se convirtió en el jugador más importante al generar varias opciones de gol en las que encontró siempre la respuesta de Castellanos. La más clara fue una jugada en la que el ex volante del Porto amagó ante Castellanos y dejó la pelota para Hechalar, el argentino no pudo controlar la pelota y se perdió la opción más peligrosa del partido. Al final fue empate sin goles en un partido en el que ambos equipos fueron fieles a sus estilos de juego.
