La Federación de Fútbol de Ucrania ha confirmado la llegada de Andriy Shevchenko como el nuevo entrenador de la Selección de Ucrania.

Tras una lamentable participación en la Eurocopa que se llevó a cabo en Francia, los máximos representantes de la Federación de Fútbol de Ucrania han delegado al grandioso delantero como nuevo estratega de la selección de Ucrania.

 

Después de su experiencia como acompañante y segundo entrenador de la selección que era comandada por Mykhaylo Fomenko, el ex goleador de Ac Milan y Chelsea será el timonel encargado de conseguir la participación de su país en el Mundial de Rusia 2018.

El mayor goleador de la selección ucraniana (48) , firmó un contrato por los próximos dos años con opción a dos más en función de los resultados obtenidos. Su cuerpo técnico estará integrado por Mauro Tassotti, Andrea Mulder y Raúl Riancho.
