El santandereano volverá a la primera división del fútbol cafetero.

Se ha confirmado que el veterano portero Luis Delgado, será el nuevo portero del Deportes Tolima para el segundo semestre del año 2016. El ex portero de Millonarios, club del cual es ídolo, llega a capital musical de Colombia luego de estar en la segunda división vistiendo los colores del Real Cartagena.

“Estoy muy feliz por regresar a Primera, gracias a la oportunidad que me está brindando esta gran institución. Me siento contento porque me uniré a un excelente equipo, el cual siempre está esforzándose por ser protagonista en el rentado nacional”, declaró el experimentado portero. Delgado inició su carrera en el Atlético Bucaramanga, luego pasó por Alianza Petrolera, regresó al Bucaramanga, fue al Real Santander, volvió a Alianza Petrolera, fue al Real Cartagena donde fue campeón de la segunda división y esto lo llevó a Millonarios donde resultó campeón de la liga local en 2012. En 2015 salió hacia el Cúcuta  y luego volvió al Real Cartagena, de donde llega al club pijao.

Con él, Tolima ya suma tres nuevos refuerzos para el segundo semestre de 2016, con las llegadas ya confirmadas del volante Cleider Alzate y del defensor Víctor Giraldo.
