El Argentino llegó a Santa fe este semestre, en condición de préstamo por un año con opción de compra. Tiene 27 años y antes de jugar con la escuadra albirroja, hizo parte de Sportivo Luqueño, con este equipo jugó la Copa Sudamericana y llegó hasta semifinales, fase que perdió frente a su actual club.

Él es el jugador  que saldrá del cuadro cardenal, ya que al equipo llegaron dos nuevos refuerzos extranjeros: Juan Manuel Falcón (Venezolano) y Horacio Salaberry ( Uruguayo). Ellos, junto a Jonnathan Gómez y Omar Pérez, completan 5 extranjeros en el club, pero solo pueden estar 4 y jugar a la vez 3.

Di Vanni ha jugado con equipos como Banfield, Gimnasia y Esgrima, Ferro Carril Oeste, Club Guaraní, CSKA Sofía, Sportivo Luqueño y aún no se sabe cuál será  su siguiente equipo luego de Santa fe.
